Memorial Day aka Itis Weekend

We know memorial day is here. That means BBQs and Good food will be had. Well, because this is going on, I feel this is a food holiday. Here are some things you can make,(simple) to make this weekend better. Warning now. This is some fat kid shit. So excuse me ahead of time.

Grilled Jalapeno Poppers w/ Bacon, PepperJack, Cheddar and Cream Cheese.
Magic....

Pretty simple. Get some green peppers, cut them in half and gut them. Pre cook your bacon, chop it up with cheese then stuff the peppers then grill them. A real good side for your main course or appetizer for the day. This shit is BOMB AS FUCK BRUH!!!!

BBQ Beef Ribs.

We should all know how to BBQ some ribs.I feel the real beauty of the ribs is half of how you cook it, and the other half is how you put your rub on it. This is a simple Texas Style brisket rub that anybody can throw together with simple ingredients you can find  in ya pantry. There are plenty of youtube videos of how to cook Ribs if you don't know how.

5 tablespoons of paprika
3 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin

Very Simple

Bacon Cheddar Pulls.

If you haven't noticed, i love cheddar and i love bacon. This here is a pretty cool and simple way to turn a loaf of bread into some cracktastic piffery.

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pulls
1 unsliced loaf of (round is preferable) sourdough bread
8-12 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
Using a sharp bread knife cut the bread going both directions. Do not cut through the bottom crust. Place slices of cheese in between cuts. Sprinkle bacon bits on bread, making sure to get in between cuts. Mix together butter and Ranch dressing mix. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil the entire loaf in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Unwrap. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

This could take you 20 mins to make, but you would probally want to make 2 of these. You can easilly eat one whole loaf the the face. Bacon? Ranch? CHEDDAR?!?!? NIGGA THIS AINT A GAME!!!!

Vanilla Ice cream w/ Apple cups and Caramel.

Very simple. Take your apple. Cut off the top. Gut it, hollow it out, take your vanilla ice cream and put that bitch in there. Pour your caramel and enjoy. If you fuck this up, you suck and don't deserve to look cool and eat ice cream out of a fucking apple.

Be sure you have your TUMS, PEPTO, ANTI-ACID pills or you'll be like this at 3:35am

On your toilet looking like this

Everybody have a safe weekend. I plan to Eat, Sleep and Eat some more. Enjoy.
